What is the minimum quantity for a group order?
We require a minimum of 12 items for group orders. Orders of 25+ qualify for discounted pricing tiers. For large events, conferences, or multi-item kits, we also offer custom quote options. (We do fulfill smaller and individual orders using our Shop OnPurpose option below.)
Do you provide design help?
Yes! We offer full design support — whether you need a new concept, a scripture-based theme, or want to incorporate your logo or branding. Design services are complimentary for qualifying group orders of 50+.
Can we use our own logo or artwork?
Absolutely. You can submit your logo, design, or sketch during the quote request process. We'll review your files for print quality and provide a mockup before production begins.
How long does production take?
Typical turnaround time is 10–14 business days after design approval and deposit. Rush production (5–7 days) is available for an additional fee, based on availability.
Can we personalize items with names or roles?
Yes, we offer personalization options like adding names, roles, or ministries to each shirt or item. Additional charges apply depending on the quantity and type of personalization.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes! We ship anywhere in the U.S. and offer local delivery or pickup in the Philadelphia area. Group orders can also be individually bagged and labeled for easy distribution.
Can we reorder the same design later?
Absolutely. We keep your design files on hand for easy reorders. Just let us know your original order name or group, and we’ll recreate or modify it as needed.
