Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 1, 2025

At OnPurpose Prints LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality, intentional products made with care. Because many of our items are custom-designed, our refund policy is designed to be fair while protecting the integrity of our made-to-order services.

Custom Apparel & Bulk Orders

Due to the personalized nature of custom apparel and group orders, all sales are final once a design is approved and production has begun.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizing or color selection after order confirmation

  • Customer-supplied artwork errors (e.g., spelling mistakes)

  • Change of mind or cancellation after proof approval

We will gladly remake or replace items if:

  • Your order arrives damaged or defective

  • You receive the wrong item or design

  • There is an error on our part in fulfilling your approved design

To report an issue, please contact us at hello@onpurposeprints.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos and your order number so we can review and resolve your concern promptly.

Boxed OnPurpose Subscriptions

Because subscription boxes are curated and produced in limited quantities, all Boxed OnPurpose sales are final.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Subscription box contents you dislike or already own

  • Missed cancellation deadlines or billing cycles

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received (please contact your carrier)

You may request a replacement box if:

  • Your box arrives significantly damaged

  • Items are missing from your box

  • You receive the wrong box or theme

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If a refund is approved in rare cases (e.g., duplicate payment), it will be processed within 5–7 business days. If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First check your bank account again

  • Then contact your credit card company or payment provider

  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@onpurposeprints.com
