Custom Orders & Design
All custom designs and products are created based on the information you provide. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs. Once approved, we are not liable for errors in spelling, color, or design.
Payment & Billing
Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Full payment or a deposit is required before production begins. We use secure third-party payment processors and do not store your payment details.
Shipping & Delivery
We strive to meet estimated delivery times but cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. OnPurpose Prints LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days so we can resolve the issue.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, and branding are the property of OnPurpose Prints LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission. Custom designs created for clients may be used in our marketing unless otherwise requested.

By subscribing to Boxed OnPurpose, you agree to recurring billing and understand that subscription items are final sale. You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.
Limitation of Liability
OnPurpose Prints LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including delays, data loss, or service interruptions.
