Thank you for choosing OnPurpose Prints LLC. We are committed to delivering your custom apparel and subscription boxes with care, clarity, and reliability.
Processing Times:
Custom Orders (T-Shirts, Hoodies, Group Orders)

Processing Time: 7–10 business days after design approval and full or partial payment.

Large or bulk orders may require 10–14 business days.

Rush orders may be available for an additional fee (based on order volume and schedule availability).
Boxed OnPurpose Subscriptions

Boxes ship quarterly during scheduled release windows.

Once the box is released, please allow 5–7 business days for processing and fulfillment.

Shipping updates and tracking info will be sent via email when your box leaves our studio.
Shipping Rates & Carriers:
We offer flat-rate and real-time calculated shipping during checkout.

Standard Shipping (US): 3–5 business days

Expedited Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days

Carriers: USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on location and service level
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless a free shipping promo or tiered bulk order discount applies.

U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses
International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Tracking:

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

OnPurpose Prints is not responsible for delays once the item leaves our hands. If your item is marked delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly first, then contact us if further assistance is needed.

Incorrect Addresses:

Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to address errors, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
